Excel’s patented dual-stage, thermostatically controlled heaters not only rethermalize food, but retain food moistness and quality — and increase the aesthetic appeal of meals.

Fully assembled trays are placed in the Temp-Rite II Excel carts, and Aladdin’s technology ensures they will be rethermed perfectly within a 36-minute time frame.

You may use an assortment of dishes, including china, disposables, and reusable plastics. You can even have an elegant, fine dining experience with our award-winning patterned china and decorator domes.
