Designed to provide “front-of-the-house” appearance with “back-of-the-house” durability, the Convect-Rite III System design optimizes flexibility and simplicity of operation all in a sleek and sophisticated stainless steel cabinet.

• High impact non-marking plastic top and base with molded-in bumper in base

• Durable flush-mounted paddle latches for “hands-free” slam-latch door closing
• 6.25" (15.88cm) non-marking casters for easy maneuverability, 2 fixed and 2 swivel with locks
• Molded-in galley rail in cart top
• Ergonomic, lightweight and easily maneuverable
• Removable tray guides for easy cleaning
• Divided tray can be reversed to vary the size of the hot or cold area on the tray. A larger undivided symmetrical tray is also available.
