Aladdin Temp-Rite’s^® roller conveyors are designed for tray make-up. The roller conveyor helps streamline tray assembly for healthcare operations. All models can be equipped with a UL listed raceway and breaker panels for on-line support equipment connections. Mobile or stationary, these units are designed for easy cleaning & long life. Roller style will handle compartment or flat bottom trays.

ASSEMBLY STRUCTURE:

PVC roller conveyor shall be type “RKCTM,” as provided by Aladdin Temp-Rite. Frame to be constructed of stainless steel with side rails to keep trays in proper position. Each end of frame is fitted with stainless steel plate notched for easy removal of trays. Conveyors are supported by 1 5/8” (4.13 cm) OD 16 gauge stainless steel tubular legs. Cross member supports to be stainless steel tubing to fi t into stainless steel sleeves welded to conveyor frame. Legs are secured to sleeves with allen head set screws.

CONVEYOR SPECIFICATIONS:

Roller assemblies shall be 1 7/8” (4.76 cm) OD gray PVC tubing with stainless steel ball bearings. Rollers are mounted on stainless steel hex spring-loaded shafts, spaced on 3” to 4” (7.62 cm to 10.2 cm) centers, based on overall length. The roller conveyor will handle compartmental and flat bottom trays.
