Cook-Chill Rethermalization Systems

With Cook-Chill technology, food is prepared in bulk and then rapidly chilled. Individual meals are then plated cold. At mealtime, proper serving temperatures are accomplished with a rethermalization process. The result: meals are served at the correct temperatures — more easily and efficiently than you may have thought possible.

Aladdin's recent innovation in convection rethermalization — Convect-Rite III ® — now takes its position alongside the most extensive rethermalization fleet in the market.

Conduction or convection, Aladdin is prepared to match the system and support with the need.

To ensure that your meals are served at HACCP-safe temperatures, Aladdin offers its Safe-Temp wireless monitoring system. An optional PDA probe is also available, which enables food temperatures to be taken directly on the hospital floor. Aladdin also has a full line of support equipment for Cook-Chill applications, including refrigerators, drying and storage racks, delivery carts and counters.
