OVERVIEW:
The Safe-Temp Wireless temperature system continually monitors ambient temperature, digitizes the information and uses 900MHz Spread Spectrum technology to send the data to a wireless serial receiver. The self-contained transmitter incorporates a lithium battery for long life and a microprocessor for control. The information is passed via a serial port to a host device such as a PC or data collector. The Wireless Frequency Agile products being used are certified for unlicensed use per the FCC (part 15).
The basic wireless HCCAP monitoring system is comprised of the following components:
