Aladdin Temp-Rite® Appoints New President
Hendersonville, TN — James M. Clapper has been named president of Aladdin Temp-Rite®, the world leader in healthcare meal delivery systems.
Mr. Clapper previously served as dean of the school of Business of Pacific Lutheran University, Tacoma, WA; associate dean of Wake Forest University's Babcock Graduate School of Management, Winston-Salem, NC; and dean of the Massey Graduate School of Business at Belmont University, Nashville, TN. In addition, Mr. Clapper served as vice president of marketing and merchandising for Edgar B Furniture Company, Clemmons, NC.
During the Carter administration, Clapper was appointed associate director of The Office of Business Liaison with the U.S. Commerce Department, where he dealt with international trade issues.
As president of Aladdin, Clapper will report to Hank Holt, vice chairman of the Ali Group USA, based in Winston-Salem, NC. “Jim’s proven ability to nurture, build and lead organizations will serve Aladdin well,” said Holt. “His experience in the academic and industrial world will enhance Aladdin’s position as not only the market leader, but as the innovation leader in healthcare meal delivery.”
