Aladdin introduces a revolutionary new meal-delivery system, the insulated tray. It keeps hot food hot, and cold food cold.
1977


Insulated bases and domes, combined with heated china plates, keep hot food hot and provide patients with a more home-like meal presentation.
1978


Temp-Rite® II Cook-Chill technology enabled hospitals to prepare meals in advance, hold them chilled, and then rethermalize inside a refrigerator, using conduction heat!

Temp-Rite® II Excel®: The next generation of Cook-Chill meal rethermalization is even better.

Aladdin moves to a new manufacturing plant and headquarters in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
