Aladdin's AMS Team

Aladdin’s AMS Team has diverse educational and technical backgrounds that include Certified Executive Chef and Certified Foodservice Professional, as well as Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in varying related fields. AMS Team members have participated in the successful installation and implementation of more than 500 Advanced Meal Systems across North America.

FRONT ROW:

Michael Hils. BS, Business Administration and Marketing; MBA, Certified Executive Chef (CEC)

Employed by Aladdin for 12 years, Michael has more than 25 years of professional experience in the foodservice industry, and is the North American AMS Manager. He has served as a Director of Food and Nutrition Services for a number of acute care and behavioral health hospitals, and as a Certified Executive Chef in both the healthcare and hospitality sectors.

Alicia Fetter. Senior Territory Manager 

Alicia’s 20+ years of professional experience in the healthcare foodservice industry qualify her as a senior-level team member. She has worked for Aladdin for more than 15 years, helping customers assess and define their individual needs, and developing customized solutions that help them achieve their specific goals. Her hands-on, consultative approach creates close, end-user relationships throughout the sales process, during system implementation, and throughout the lifespan of their Aladdin equipment. 

MIDDLE ROW:

Michael Cocco. BBA, Business Administration and Marketing 

Employed by Aladdin for more than 14 years, Michael is a Senior Territory Manager responsible for Cook-Chill and Cook-Serve systems and equipment, and traytop supply sales and market support. Prior to joining Aladdin, his experience includes more than 10 years the healthcare foodservice industry with US Foodservice, Sysco, and Sara Lee Coffee and Tea.

Chef Ron Sabatini. Associate Degree in the Science of Culinary Arts; Certified Executive Chef (CEC) 

Culinary contractor for Aladdin, Ron is the owner and operating manager of Healthcare Culinary Consulting International. Prior experience includes more than 24 years in healthcare foodservice operations management, including the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center & College of Medicine, and Geisinger Health System. He has more than a dozen years in healthcare foodservice consulting and project management. Ron has comprehensive technical and practical knowledge of Cook-Chill foodservice operations and applications, as well as hospital room service operations.

Jeff Withers. HVAC Licensed Technician

Jeff has worked at Aladdin for 20 years and currently serves as an AMS Project Manager. His 35 years of professional experience includes project management, technical support, installation, service management and periodic maintenance administration. He has a strong refrigeration and electrical background, and is an HVAC Certified licensed technician. Industry experience includes the healthcare, foodservice equipment, aircraft and marine industries.

Peter Savenko. Associate Degree in Business

Peter is a Senior Territory Manager who’s been employed by Aladdin for more than 10 years. He has 47 years of combined experience in the hospitality and healthcare foodservice industries, and for 15 years, served as Food and Nutrition Director at multiple hospitals. He has expertise in the planning and implementation of Cook-Chill commissaries and meal-delivery systems. During his career, he has also owned two restaurants and managed several others. Previously, he hosted a live food segment at a local TV station, and was known as “The Healthful Gourmet.”

BACK ROW:

Edwin Read. BS, Marketing; CFSP

Employed by Aladdin as a Senior National Accounts Manager, Edwin is responsible for all National Accounts in North America. He previously served as a Senior Territory Manager at Aladdin. Edwin has over 20 years of industry experience working with AMS & TMS customers in the U.S. market where he was responsible for Advanced Meal Systems and Cook-Serve projects, Implementation and training. 

Michael Hobkirk. BS, Chemistry

Employed by Aladdin for 10 years, Mike currently serves as the Manager of Customer Support Services, which includes the Technical Services and Customer Service departments. His 15 years of professional experience includes technical support, customer service administration, sales and periodic departmental management. His industry experience includes the healthcare, foodservice and commercial and retail markets. 

Kim Sprout. BS, Mechanical Engineering; MBA

Kim has been employed by Aladdin for more than 25 years, and is currently Product Manager and Consultant Services Manager. Her more than 30 years of professional experience includes roles in new-product development,  project management, engineering management, customer service, process improvement and quality management. Her industry experience includes foodservice equipment and supplies, and consumer products and office furniture. Kim is LEAN Healthcare Management certified, and has more than 15 years of technical experience working with Advanaced Meal System customers. She also has experience as a Tennessee Quality Award Examiner.

Kimmie Biggs. BS, Mechanical Engineering

With 15 years at Aladdin, Kimmie is responsible for creating REVIT and CAD facility layout drawings for fit-and-function, and special specified (customized) equipment. She has personally developed and designed the POD tray assembly layouts currently in use at many Aladdin customer sites. Her previous experience with government contract design and implementation work includes project management, and compliance with EPA and OSHA standards. She also has hands-on experience with air handling units, and research, consulting and electrical of HVAC for the hotel industry.
