Convect-Rite® SP carts are designed for use in a variety of dining settings, including corrections, mental health, long-term care and schools. The system works well in cook-chill rethermalization and cook-serve boost applications. Designed specifically to pair with Convect-Rite® docking stations, SP carts are engineered to rethermalize or boost pre-plated meals, while simultaneously providing refrigeration for pre-plated cold food items.
