Interchangeable pans, in four capacity configurations, allow you to configure a starter station designed to meet your specific menu requirements. This starter station even has convenient, accessible storage shelves for back-up supplies of flatware and condiments to avoid tray assembly interruptions.
STANDARD FEATURES:
- Strong welded tubular stainless steel frame
- Work surface and storage shelves are made from stainless steel
- Accepts most standard stainless steel and plastic steam table pans in full, half, and third sizes
- Four 5" stem casters, 2 fixed and 2 swivel with brakes for easy positioning
